That's true, my life now consists of speccing a V10+ and in every drive in my RS4, I'm now trying to work out if I can live with a louder exhaust
Thing is, the first thing I do in my RS4 when I get in it the morning is open the factory sports exhaust valves and it's still not even close to intrusive on the motorway or when pottering around

my self iv had a Miltek and there great, iv got a custom exhaust on my atom and its ace, but for me if you want the daddy you need the Ackrapovic.
A friends Porsche has one with a remote valve switch, pure indulgence and sounds just perfect. quiet when you need it to be and loud when required.

Miltek had their demo B8 at Castle Combe last weekend and it sounded great both on open and closed valves (they were kind enough to take me out on the circuit in it too, so I got a decent idea)
However, Nicks RS5 with the custom centre section sounded much better statically, but might be a tad too loud for me on what's my daily car

The guy from Miltek has been in touch since, and he told me they're close to finalising their electro valved system, which will give you much more control over valve opening levels etc, so could be the best of both worlds
Either way, they certainly made my factory sports exhaust on my B8 seem rather weedy

This is also very interesting, But!!!! did he mention how much??? as the Ackrapovic is £4800,"ouch" and also comes with a pair of very nice carbon fiber tips. We need to here this exhaust asap. Come on Miltek hurry up.

i couldn't agree more, my sports exhaust is almost silent compared to my last one. i just know im going to change it out.
