Nope, DRC or bust on that front.

are you sure, brochure states "RS 4 Sports Suspension with Damper control"

DRC is only to control pitch and roll etc ...

dampers sets soft or hard

I say nay because....

Audi drive select – changes your car’s handling and responses at the touch of a button to suit the way you want to drive. Enables the driver to alter the throttle response, the shift point of the automatic transmission, exhaust flap control and the power steering feel between the three pre-set modes: comfort, dynamic and auto or individual mode

Suspension setting through ADS is specifically mentioned under DRC option.
