Agreed, I'd put the money towards B&O instead, that will be good for residuals, its not standard!
B&O is lovely but always find that music is lower on my list...V8 would be my concerto'
Know what you mean, I drive around with the windows down when possible. However B&O is stunning in the B8, it left me gobsmacked tbh in the courtesy car I had a while back, certainly made the BOSE in mine sound like a 1980s cassette walkman!

B&O plus your non-res Milltek as per your video the other week would be a dream combination

Done.
I'd be inclined to agree
I have keyless go on mine and wish I hadn't bothered, but Buckets are superb

I assume you're going to fit some alloys at Revolution, otherwise, I'd have gone for the Vspokes
Same with the exhaust as I know you guys have some serious options there

If you're looking for another dealer to give you some quotes, I can give you Martin at Bath Audi's telephone number
I believe Bath Audi sell the most RS models of all the dealers in the UK. This may go in your favour for a lower cost or not, but it's always worth a try
FWIW, he takes great pride in outdoing other dealers, so you might get a special deal from him just to stop another dealers business :)
cheers Graeme
Wheels
Suspension
Exhaust
Brakes
will all be changed to make my own sort to speak

Interesting what you say about keyless...why...big button to press - ease of use not better than dash slot..?

Bath audi will be getting a call

Thanks
Keyless issue is mainly as I'm never 100% sure it's locked, and I don't like the idea that someone could get in my car when I'm standing next to it
I like that I keep the key in my pocket to drive, but if I get out with the engine running, it just carries on
Also, it's a faff if you want the radio on or something similar, but don't want to start ignition

Give Martin a call and tell him I sent you (graeme Hardie) he's a good guy

Exactly. Fecking useless at Le Mans when you are sleeping in a tent next to it, or having a BBQ rolling around pissed with loads of background noise etc!

My carport is immediately next to the kitchen back door, if I stand inside the house against the backdoor I'm only one meter from the car, keyless again useless

I managed the £5000 off and 10% off the car and extras. (For clarity, no discount off the road tax/shipping the car to UK charges)
Ordered last week and waiting for a build week........
Previous B7 RS4 avant stolen, Audi A4 Avant 2.0 tdi 170bhp s-line, VW Bora,Citroen ZX
Apologies for the first two

I take it the system is different to my C6 then?

With my keyless there is a sensor under the handle so i have to be stood next to the car pulling the handle for the car to open. Not only that but even with the key in my pocket if the wife try's her door before i have the car wont unlock. My engine will continue to run if i get out but i dont think i have ever walked away from the car with it running without someone else being in the car.

My brother had a CL500 that used to unlock when you walked up to it and walked away which i didnt really like as you just had to trust that the car was functioning correctly.

Ian C,

I wish!!
I specced it up to just over £65k, but will pay 54225 for it.

Spec as follows

Panther black
Matt Alu styling pack
Privacy glass
Sports Pack, with V spokes
Drive assist pack
Convenience pack
Advanced key
Pan Sunroof
Super sport seats/ full leather in black with black headlining
Heated front seats
B&o
Mobile phone high
Reversible floor may
Load area fixing kit
Garage door opener
High beam assist
5 yr warranty

I'm still not sure if I want to add the storage pack, and may change to rotors or even to Daytona grey. I've definitely been inspired by the car that Bradley have in stock though.

My last b7 rs4 was stolen this summer so I can't wait to get back into a proper car.
The other half is taking the view that as I've had one stolen, I'm providing the buggers with a nicer one to nick next year!

Ahhhhhhhhh, even though I quoted you I misread, I didn't spot you'd got 10% off the car (not just the options)

Some great advice on here and yes, contact with dealers have now been made..

just need to decide on final spec to confirm up price and make my mind up...

Now tempted with sprint/noggy blue and black optics but not sure if build time will be quick enough for march 31st cut off - find out soon though

RS4george popped round and i can say the B&O is outstanding, so another box to tick...ffs
