That side on pic is just gorgeous. Needs black or Suzuka mirrors though to complete the look imo

I think silver mirrors are what make the RS (and S) models special. Silver all the way for me

Took it up to Santa pod and Silverstone today for a quick day trip run around and I'm super happy with it
It's always going to be compared by myself and others to the old b7, but it's a very different animal by character

I'll make a full report/write up when I've had a bit more of a chance to digest it properly, buy in the meantime, here's some more pics ;

Like the silver mirrors, buckets are what makes the RS models in my opinion
Although saying that, the sport seats are very good in the B8

Had to take my mother along the motorway today, and to cut a long story short, when she's in the car with me 70 is maximum speed :(
Anyway, took the m4 a couple of junctions with the cruise at 70 and had a rather pleasant MPG surprise over 25miles ;
image.jpg
I know that's not why we buy these cars (and the 16mpg av over 40k in my last b7 shows), but it was a pleasant surprise and even a 5mpg gain to the 16-18 I got in my last car for normal driving is a decent saving at 20k miles a year of VPower

I love the spec of your car - I so desperately want one. What was the Px figures like for your B7?
Current Car: 2014 Nissan Quashqai 4WD (it's not my fault)

Previous Cars: 2006 B7 RS4 - Phantom Black
2010 BMW 123d Coupe M Sport
2004 Honda Civic Type R
2002 VW Golf 2.8l V6 4 Motion

Dealer will offer 10-15% under their forecourt price. For a B7 I guess that's anywhere between 15 and 20 depending on the usual factors.

For me I look at the price to change and as long as I'm happy with the delta then it's good for me.

I can't be arsed with private sale, too many time wasters, tyre kickers etc.

I've secured a good price for my C6, >50% of what I paid as new. Can't grumble with that, she'll be off in a couple of weeks.
