Maidstone gave me 7k off my S4. Bloody brilliant chaps down there. I drove from Bristol to get mine, well worth it.

Am I missing something here?doodlebug wrote:I thought the warranty add on had to be on the factory order.F@tBoyF@t wrote:Are you aware that you can extend the Audi warranty up to 5 years or 90k for a reasonable amount? (£1250 iirc?)
- money well spent if you're nervous about the DRC.
- you (SK AUDIRS246)'ve just placed the order.
- the delivery is 4+ months away?
- ergo you still have time to add the 5-year warranty
- same way you can change the spec of the car up to three weeks before your build date, although I wouldn't leave it so late as you mat be disappointed.

FON.SK Audi RS246 wrote:Hi there. I'm new to the forum. Just on the discount issue on the new RS4....I think you got an excellent deal, Spikeyboy. I have just recently placed my deposit on my RS4 through Broadspeed and ended up with a deal to pay £58.5k for a speced car that would otherwise be £61k. Unfortunately, I have to pick it up from Maidstone Audi and live in the North East....can't wait for the drive back though! I don't know if anyone has been following the monthly blog on Evo magazine about the reviews on the RS4....there have been early experiences of the failure of the DRC system on their car, which has the sports pack....hope it is not going to be a big recall issue!!
No matter where you go, there you are.

Re: Discounts
Just to clarify - i didnt order the car, just specced one up like for like Audi vs Broadspeed.
Interesting that Broadspeed use Maidstone Audi which is the same group as Tonbridge Audi who wouldnt budge on the S4 price.
But then again Tonbdridge Audi are s*** (i aviod them like the plague) and Maidstone are good.
