Headlight washers

Hi, Anybody experience their headlight washer staying open after use. In my case it's only the passenger (right) headlight washer that doesn't retract. Tried WD40 already but still won't close. But when you push the flap down a bit it does retract like its suppose to....Any ideas? Thxs

I had the same problem with mine and ended up having them both replaced but it’s a bumper off job. They also start leaking due to the water pressure.
