Pan Sunroof noises

My pan sunroof is starting to give off some noises when I drive, at first I thought it was a rattle/knock from the suspension, but car is totally noise free when I open the sunroof, I've checked it more than a few times now and it's definitely the sun roof.

Anyone know the special grease that's needed, I've also got liquimoly gummiflege for the rubbers, is there any data on the service procedure.

A4 Audi says it's a very common problem.

I have always had mine serviced at 2 year intervals. I thought they were taking the pervebial but it has never rattled.
I had an issue with it under warranty and they serviced it for free that time. They said at the time there were two 'special' greases that were relatively expensive.

I did find this post, I think for a Q7 but it shows what was needed.
