AA inspection prepurchase

Anyone have any experience of getting a pre purchase inspection by the AA?

I had an S4 looked over by them was ok

I used an independent on the RS4 in the end, covered like AA/RAC but a real car nut. I spoke to 3 and picked the one I felt was really going to look at the car rather than through the motions.

I’m not but the car is in a garage near Chelmsford so hoping for a good guy to check it over before I travel down.
