Is it me or are there no B8’s on autotrader at the moment?

Sounds like it could be your filters but definately plenty on there.

Yes probably one of the filters. E.g. if you select a model I think it needs to be RS4 Avant for the B8 model.

They offered my ~£27K for mine but it's much higher mileage than yours @ 46K (and no bucket seats). Similar spec to yours though:
