Hey All,
Just wanted to pick some brains before I mention it to Audi when it goes in for the next inspection in March. I’ve had my RS4 for 8 months and love it. Have the Milltek Non-Resonated exhaust and it’s great. Recently l’ve noticed when the flaps are closed every now and then they open under really low revs. Checked the flaps and they work properly when you hit the buttons to open or close them. Any ideas fellow RS4 B8 owners?
Thanks

Nah I've not same issue. It's pretty new though.
My only gripe with it is the flaps open at 3500rpm regardless of being in comfort or individual. But that's it.
There is a module you can buy to keep flaps closed or open permanently.

Just pop back to where it got fitted. Or did you buy it with Milltek already fitted?

Hey Bud,
I got it with the exhaust fitted but was only a year old, I’ve checked it and all seems ok it me so thought it might actually be the cars part leading to the exhaust system. Yes have seen these so might invest in one as I would like it reaching to around 5000rpm before it opens when I’ve got the valves closed in “individual mode”.
Thanks

That's exactly what I'd love to achieve. I'm sure it must be code-able. Through some platform. I don't think VCDS does it but you're right, that would be spot on. I think it opens just a tad too early.R16MEH wrote:Hey Bud,

If you hear anything about this being possible, let us know bud

I read that milltek offer one of these boxes too but nearly £500, you press the ESC twice for on or off which sounds great. Think mine at the moment like yours opens a little early and have noticed they open up under 3000 revs when cold if you hitting the accelerator a little more than normal. I’ll just have to drive it without the wife in the car
