Does anyone know this B8 RS4?

Grateful for any information anyone may have on this RS4, see below Pic, which I am viewing later this week.

I am trading a Monsoon Grey SQ5 (2014) on 41000miles as part-exchange, Pic also attached.

Have previously owned a B7 RS4 Avant from new from 2006 - 2014, and miss the V8 sound and planted feel of the RS4.
