Why have you used Faisals picture of Nicks designed rear diffuser?? Surely you should be illustrating your own design and not someone else's. Have you even asked them for their permission to use their pictures?
Me and nick designed and had these manufacturered together I work along side nick mate

I'll give you an opportunity to clarify your position.

Keep in mind I've been in constant contact with Nick since I floated the idea on here.

no shame im affraid. my position is one of the leads to the link of creation. nick has been building the idea of making these diffusers for some time as have i myself. i work along side mcarbon the company that helped to make them a reality i introduced nick to them so a small thankyou would be appropriate faisal or you might not have had yours so soon. only nick will be selling these due to our agreement but i can still work alongside and point anyone with interest in his direction.

I'm afraid you quite clearly did not understand my questions. So I'll ask them again in a clearer fashion.

No1: You have a diffuser which you have designed/manufactured yourself so why did you not display your own version?

No2: You have posted a picture of Faisals car with a Diffuser designed by Nick. Have you had permission from Faisal to allow you to do this?

1. This was pretty much same design as mine i was talking to mcarbon a few months before nick about it but nick had cad drawings so we came together and had mcarbon make them but only nick sells the one fasial has I point clients in his direction

2. Me and nick. And the picture wasn't meant to be there in first place I'm so busy I haven't had a chance to swap it i merely threw in a few pics I had on my computer

Bee-shady! I was hoping you'd respond.

I can answer one of Eddie's questions - you do not have permission to post pictures of my car in marketing your business, especially as the part in question is not one of yours!

You seem to infer that you have something to do with how this project all started.

The real story is that I was looking for someone to design and manufacture a diffuser for me for a couple of months, before stumbling across Nick's widebody S4 thread on the forum, and contacting him to ask where he got his diffuser from. He'd actually setup a business and started designing and manufacturing them...so we got chatting about a B7 diffuser. That was in June last year.

Where's the bit where you had something to do with it? I don't believe you were even on the forum at that point, or knew Nick?

Image

Image

As far as the design goes, Nick did the 3D scans, and designed it on CAD, leveraging his IT background and work he'd done on the S4 part he already produced.

No - as far as I see, your involvement has been as a UK agent for the Romanian based MCarbon parts. You sell the bits they produce.

I have nothing against Mcarbon, they seem to be coming out with some great parts.

What I do have a problem with is people that take credit for someone else's work, use images of my car without permission, and deceive.

On the last point, and the reason I called you Bee-shady, is you're not exactly straight forward in the way you present your involvement with Mcarbon or Nick, and also, I spotted something extremely dodgy in your Facebook posts, which you can perhaps explain.

Particularly, in one of your promotions on FB:

Image

It seemed odd that the winner didn't post an RS4 pic, as had been requested. To be honest it also tweeked my interest, as not many RS4 owners are female!

Image

Image

Then something stood out - note the employer. Now compare to your profile:

Image

So, the competition winner appears to be one of your work colleagues! Who seems to live 30min away from you.

What a coincidence!

Care to explain?

Right I apologise for dropping your picture in there...
It is not my business i am merley an advisor for my friend fact of the matter mate is if it wasn't for me the diffuser still would not have been in production if I had no involvement. I'm not going into detail about what me and nick spoke about. As it's nobody else's business and I certainly don't go snooping around people and there profiles. yes an old work colleague who now lives about 2 hours away! with an rs won the competition at the end of the day I choose the winner there have been 3 of the competitions have been females...the splitter winner was a girl from Manchester women can drive nice cars too!! Bit of a sexist comment..and the post said post a pic of your car or simply reply done as long as there's a comment 20% did not post picture of car
