It will not need recalibration, but if it makes you feel better get it done.

Had mine done on a 2013 with ACC - they just popped out the old screen and fitted the new one and as Riv has posted no need for recalibration.
As my reg started with RS04 they did try and fit an 04 screen the first time.!!!, click

So windscreen replaced with OEM by National-Windscreens - very tidy job and no need for re-calibrating of DCC/lane assist etc etc. - all done under insurance with £75 paid by me. Dont know what i was so worried about.
