What were the results then?

There's a fair bit of carbon on those valves,maybe not as bad as the b7

Doug said that its not a huge amount of buildup. It looks like they have designed the valve stems differently which means there may be less build up on these models but there will still be some level of buildup. Its difficult for me to give you exact figures on how much it affected the cars power as I had a gearbox remap at the same time as the clean. The car went from 432 to 465. This was after 40k miles so maybe every 50k take it in for a tune and clean and you wouldn't be wasting money in my opinion.
