Definitely, the sound is addictive especially in downshifts and the point and shoot ability of the quattro make the power very useable. Its far from a perfect car though, against our M135 the MMI system feels outdated and it could do with a little more torque low down. Having said that when we picked the car up they gave us the keys to a V10 R8 for an hour, think the 1 series will be replaced at the end of the year if I can justify an R8 as a daily driver...
