2-3 years back I had a misano red C6 RS6 saloon with 8,000 miles that Fontain would not touch, said they were only interested in black grey or blue
I would buy red again in a flash, looked glorious in bright sunshine

Really suits the b8, whereas I wasn't keen on it on the b7 avants

Misano looks great when polished and a glaze added. Doesn't show the swirls as much as black either. I adore misano. Misano and black optics on an RS is for winners.

Fashions change as does the general market perception of colours. However, black cars where very 2006 and white cars very 2011-currentish, so maybe red will have its day soon

I personally think misano and Suzuka are the two best standard colours on the b8 RS4, but then that's just me and if we all liked the same things, the world would be a boring place

I loved my red R8, favourite out of my x4 R8's...Brilliant Red it was, but you get the point.

No, it looks bloody good. Almost matte.

I put glaze on mine and it gives it a deep shine.

Sun wasn't out that day so doesn't look the best. Misssno is hard to photograph anyhoo, can look beautiful or orange.
