Residual values

Strange one, I contacted Lombard to get a feel for where they were predicting values to be in three years time and the RS5 came out at 26K and the RS4 at 24K? Obviously these are for finance purposes but I would have expected the opposite.

why? RS 5 starts from a higher base ...

there will also be less RS 5's around

'cause they are stuck in dealer showrooms ;-)

But yes - 2 door coupe will generally hold its value better than a 4 door estate.
There are exceptions though but not many.

My local stealers don't even know what an RS5 is ;)
