Porche 996 brakes and brembo's are available, but be shocked by the price.

996 brakes are £1700 for the fronts alone.

Brembos are around £4K for front and rear.

Call AMD and ask them what your options are, very nice man scared the hell out of me with the prices.

Just sorting my S8's brake upgrade prior to our next visit to the nurburging in august

current twin pots on 323x30 disks scarily underpowered. (lasted only 4 corners in dry 2 years ago at the ring before boiling)

New setup is 366x34 S4 disks combined with 8-pot Brembo RS6 calipers and some CNC's mounting brackets.

19" rims req'd I think with suitable spoke/caliper offset

brkts should be available once mine are on and proven.

I think 4 pots were standard on the later S8's.
