All

The holes in the front discs are now completely blocked and the local stealer seems to think they can pressure wash them out. This has happened over the last six months gradually filling in the holes with some spirited driving sessions ;-))

Thought or advice much appreciated. I'm thinking new disc & pads.......

Just get a hole punch or drill bit out and unclog them. Common B7 RS4 proceedure when using the soft OEM Pagids. If you want less dust and clogging go for EBC yellow stuffs or Ferrodo DS2500's if either are now aavailable for RS3 but I think they should by now.

The compacted dust softens up quite a bit after a soak. I tried cotton buds on mine and it worked well - the cotton tip disintegrates almost straight away but the remaining plastic stick is a surprisingly good size/strength for the job.

Used to use a 4mm steel drill bit and cordless drill on my B7 RS4.

Worked a treat...

Tip...have a few 4mm drill bits as you WILL snap one or two!!!
