I'm a new owner of a RS3 and I've been tanking with Petro Canada 94 octane that has 10% ethanol. My other preferred choice is the Shell V Power with 91 octane and has no ethanol. I've been wondering if one of the two could run cleaner or better for the car and could produce a bit more power or could the difference be insignificant and are both as good?

You are always better running the higher octane rating, the only thing that it normally affects is your wallet. 10% ethanol is the normal in a lot of the performance fuel these days.
