Red Cat D on Ebay, says "minor nudge" - plates hidden..

It says minor nudge so surely it can't be this one, can it..?

Hmmm, how does that damage end up with the car registered as cat d?
That one in the photo looks more like it has sustained enough damage to be writen off though. Woudln't be surprised if it was the same car.
