This has been done to death but seriously, Bose is a must? These cars are rare as hens teeth anyway and you pigeon hole yourself even more over a £400 stereo upgrade??
What about colour, light pack, alu trim, black pack, cruise, auto lights and wipers? All of which most people would much prefer over a stereo which you won't turn on when your hear the roar of the car in sport mode!
Rant over

Ive always had upgraded hi-fi, so Im just used to it. However, funnily enough Ive found a car which is perfect colour, and specification for me, bar BOSE. I have already discussed this with my wife and we don't think it's a deal breaker.
Spec;
12/62
2000 miles
1 owner
Daytona grey
Matt ali styling pack
Electric folding and heated mirrors
Dimming rear view mirror
Privacy
Auto lights and wipers
And one other option I cant remember, but its not a biggy.
Now Buckets were a must when I had my RS4, in my opinion, whats everyones thoughts on them in the RS3. I have 3 kids, so I guess without Ill have more room. And what is the standard sound system like?
Thanks in advance

If you love your music then it is a must have if you don't want to mod your car.
I wouldn't buy a car without the B&O. It's why these things are options; each to their own.

Its not B&O its BOSE, and there is quite a difference between the two, apart from £600.
I think Ill sleep on this one......

I know. I was attempting to relate your situation with the RS3 to mine with the S4/5. I failed.

It's very addictive actually, especially from around 3000rpm upwards, when the sound gets even more glorious
Congrats on your purchase ... it will make a great family car too !

This sounds like an ex demo car I saw, I wouldn't worry about the buckets, I had them in my RS4, and yes I miss the look of them in the car, but the standard seats are comfy, still look nice and I would imagine will wear better, buckets just don't seem to last long enough, and in my RS4 started to develop squeaks and rattles....
Spec of your car sounds spot on barring the bose, but it is hard to get everthing you want when you can't order new
Good luck

Thanks mate, I remember your car from our RS4 days. Im not sure not having BOSe will bother me, as I could always upgrade it
This one is a privately owned car not an ex-demo, going to see it tomorrow/wednesday
