60mph in 7th gear just after filling up then? And taking a photo at the same time? Good effort!

Blimey, you clocked up nearly 4000 miles already?

A trip to the 'ring helps I guess.

Thought you said it wasn't capable of such things..... :bigblink: Lardy and snail like compared to TT-RS IIRC with crap fuel economy

Sorry mate, wasn't a dismissive 'and', was just correcting the sh@te grammar in my previous post :-)

I have managed to get it to show 590 but that was on a very early cruise with only 600 on the clock. My average is sat at about 330 now which I am completely happy with.

If you check my fuelly stats you will see a couple of tanks at 33mpg which works out at 430 actual miles.

Report back if you actually get 535 miles from it, that would be about 40.5 mpg!

One of us should do a max Eco run. I reckon you could get 35mpg at a constant 60/65.....who would put money down on that?!

I was making reference to your 'struggle to get 300 miles from a tank' comment :bigwave: You didn't really expect a car that is 80kgs heavier to be as or more fuel efficient?
