It was £39990 on the mk1 ?

Given that was 2011, adjust for inflation equates to £44.732

On their official release posted a couple of pages back it only mentions widening of the front arches.

Also, am I the only one that thinks it's stupid that it has start/stop?

Standard now, RS6 has it, but you just turn it off.

OK, starting to look a lot better, but those arches are much bigger in that photo than the photos I've seen on the Audi website.

Does it look better? Still not sure. It's going to be a 60k car spec'd, that's ridonculous.

It doesn't look that much better really, I'm not convinced yet. I reckon you could get away with 55k spec quite easily. Still a decent amount of wedge for this car though.

Those hard arches (from the C6 RS6 too) are what the Clubsport Quattro concept thing had, looks much better.

My boss spoke about this in our meeting the other day, he has seen this in the flesh and said it looks as wide as you like, also said it sounds incredible. He spoke about this more than the new R8 which he was also shown on the same day, yes, the new R8 is ready to go too! ;)
