Well done Audi

Post by funkygibbo » Wed Jun 05, 2013 3:12 pm

I have not been the biggest admirer of Audi customer service to date. However logged with Audi HQ an issue with the squeaking breaks on Monday, 2 days later phone call parts being delivered to dealer of my choice and will ring once delivered and arrange fitting.

This after numerous conversations with dealers :FIREdevil: fobbed off with all manner of reasons and excuses.

Moral of story don't waste time with the money grabbing bar stewards go straight to Audi.

So well done Audi HQ

The only slight downside with all that is that it has taken them nearly a year to generate a fix. But efficient at rolling it out now that it is here nonetheless.

I had fantastic service from Audi UK when my first car went bang

Both cars have had horrifically noisy brakes so I have logged a call with them now a potential fix is available

Shame it has taken so long

Pick up my car yesterday, all very efficient and on my drive back from collecting the car Audi customer services on the phone to ensure all was ok, so again a very big well done to Audi.

Whilst I was there managed to have a peak at the invoice, parts alone were more than £1500.00

Gonna be an expensive time for Audi 600 x £1500 + Dealer fitting charge = lotta wonga

Mark,

I think overall it's going to cost them on average about £2k per car!!!
