Thanks and hope your problems get sorted quicker than mine.

The did phone me this morning to basically tell me that there was still no news .

Now going into day SIX and starting to get more than a bit concerned, I have had promises of a loan car upgrade, which is nice but makes me think that I may not be getting my car back for some time .

As much as I really love the car the issues and other peoples issues that I know and have read about do leave a sour taste in the mouth, and there does seem to be a pattern in regard to the faults and complaints.

Anyway it's Friday time for a and maybe will ring tomorrow with some good news !

Fair play rang me this morning and on his day off (as he let me no) however shall no longer be called . However taking time to ring me on his day off to tell me there is no news is very frustrating.

I told him this need to be elevated to higher priority, but he said it was a level 4 ? which he had not personally dealt at before.

Not really sure where to go from here, and would appreciate any thoughts.

I think I would log a complaint with Audi UK myself.

You don't seem to be getting told much at all.

I'd also request a courtesy car at least as good as an RS3 if not better !

Just wrote a long reply to you but some how managed to lose it .

The short answer is I still don't have car back and have an 89% (How German) of new ECU arriving this coming Monday..... that will be 2 weeks since it went in for a simple service

TBH garage has been ok, however Audi seem to have truly FU£KED UP 8 days to finally agreed to change an ECU that isn't available .
