Having problems....

Post by Carrg » Fri Apr 13, 2012 11:39 am

Two weeks ago I had a new parcel shelf because the old one rattled. Had the seat checked beacuse it creaked.
Two new interior door handles because they squeak but now since having it back the door card creaks and rattles!! FFS :audibash:
The plastic door surround trim doesn't sit properly and is fouling on the door card. Oh and the handle squeak again :audibash:

Got to say not what I expected from an "RS" Audi.

Annoys me whilst driving it :audibash: Now I'm just abit fed up and disappointed.

Seems there are a few RS3 issues out there although the dealers protest they are built to very high exact standards :boohoo:

Car is 5/6wks old and covered 800mls...

Back to dealer and take it up with Audi UK. Nicely nicely though, explain that you've waited a long time for a special car, paid a good price and the high standards aren't being met.

I tend to give it a bit of leeway with squeaks. There pulled of the factory line half done, hacked about and then have steel bars fitted where the suspension used to go, I'm amazed bits don't fall off tbh.

Most of them squeak around the centre console, the S3 I have ATM does not, I have put this down to having to shoe horn in the larger duel clutch box
