mine was pretty decent, the centre consul squeaked a bit but i put that down to the group N suspension lol

doubt they make the engines anyway

the only thing i would have pulled it up on was the nearside rear bumper stuck out 2mm over the body, minor but it bugged the hell out of me :drink:
The engines are invariably made in Hungary including those for the R8 / LP 560's.
thanks, don't know much about audi's logistics / manufacturing

just got confirmation build week 18 :biggrin3: :blackrs4:

That's brilliant news. You'll be back in a '3 soon enough...all this petrol malarkey should be over by then! Have toyed with the idea of getting a '4 but, given that it will not be limited in numbers, and tbh a little too big for my needs, I think I'll pass.

Out of interest, did you or the dealership mention anything about the much rumored RS3-Plus?

Cheers

One Of the guys on here asked the r8 team this exact question. The + is not coming to the uk.

I can back this up. My Audi dealer forwarded me an email from the R8 team confirming from the product manager that the RS+ is not happening for the UK market 100% guaranteed. So nothing to worry about as I was initially.

What was the reg?

There was a 61 reg going through Audi UK auction recently and didn't sell.

don't they normally show cars for 3 months before passing them on? It was only up for sale for 4 weeks
