The brakes seem interesting "Audi Design". I must admit I am liking the "Quilted diamond" design Buckets.

The black wheels with red rim finish is def a big leap imo. That's the first I have seen from a car manufacture. The pic after showing it in red with black optics looks great!
Money can't buy you love, but it can buy you a well sorted racecar

I've just had a quick look at the brochure and noticed that the rumoured 1575 kilo weight is wrong, the brochure says it weighs 1650 kilos - which is the same as an RS4 saloon.

That really surprises me I have to say....How on earth is it so heavy?

I'm no techie, but the RS4 has aluminium panels which I would imagine save a lot of weight. I wouldn't have thought such thought went into the RS3.

After not having an RS product for a over 4 years, I kept my eye on this thinking that there's no way I'll be able to spec my requirements: Sportback with black roofrails and black optics.

Looks like the only objections I can find at the moment are body coloured wing mirrors like the brochure shows (I'll settle for primer grey, but just not brushed aluminium) and RS Blue/Nogaro/Sprint Blue option (not exclusive price!). Fussy, moi?

I've almost convinced myself into my last hurrah (mid-life crisis) RS product.

Now, I better start downloading that 6 1/2 minute video which at my 222kbps broadband speed might just finish before the Geneva Motor Show opens in March!

Anyone placed an order yet? Have to say I am tempted. I love the RS6 but just feel like a chance and I don't need the space.

I had an order on the RS5 before it came out but couldn't justify the price.

Steve I would also be seriously tempted if I didn't get cool company cars

I think my ideal spec is £45k which when think of the decent mpg and tax and likely resale given it will be limited is not bad for a audi RS with potential for 400+ bhp and room for a dog

My spec just came out at £45k too (prob the same). I have a VW Scirocco as my company car and the RS6 is hardly used.

But when I do drive it, wow.

Are you not hammered with tax? Would u not be better taking 40p a mile?

Sell the RS4, buy an RS3 private, claim the mileage, avoid the tax, ask for a pay rise!!

No

I gotta fuel card, and do LOTS of business miles

My company car scheme is not your average, so the TTS only costs me £66pcm inc. insurance
