WLB a 2014/15 RS5

Hello,
I currently have 2009 S5 but am actively looking for a 2014/15 RS5, preferably in Grey, with FSH and less than 50,000 miles. There's one that's been for sale online for around a month that I've been looking at but the service history is a little patchy. I'd prefer one that's at least had annual oil changes. Am I expecting too much? UK Based
