Very nice mate, can I ask how much you got it for? I got my a couple of weeks ago and got a great deal on it, seems Audi are loosening the purse strings before September 1st!

Well I part-ex'd the B7 RS4 for it - but basically got full private sale price for mine and according to glasses their car was right at the bottom end of the guide prices - certainly similar spec cars were up for another £2k at other dealerships :-)
It really is surprising me. The word monster gets overused for cars but the engine/dsg/quattro combination is so impressive.
Very much didn't want black optics on it, titanium wheels and privacy was enough contrast for me :-)

Exactly the same here, got private sale money for my RS3 and got a cracking deal on the RS5! I'm loving mine, cannot fault it!

The RS 5's are massively overpriced in terms of asking price.

They should be mid 30's now but such low numbers means dealers are sitting tight till they get a sniff.

Many Thanks for positive comments.

Poole Audi nearly lost my goodwill today.....
Proper inspection of front discs showed less than 0.5 mm of usable depth left ie 75% wear. (34 mm new, 32 mm replace)
Audi customer service said they would be unhappy with a dealer not leaving enough pad and disc on an approved car to get it to an annual service from purchase.
After confirming that I had 'driven them hard on price' and 'there wasn't much in it for them' a little wriggling later on the phone they did the decent thing and I'm booked in for new discs Aug 9. Not sure he appreciated my lack of sympathy with his situation but tbh everything else they did was spot on... 8)

One thing that was odd is that the latest set of OEM pads Poole fitted was a different size to the originals looking at the disc wear... or were they not OEM ?!

Also noticed RS5 have a recuperative system for storing braking energy into the battery to be used on acceleration :!:

How long does it take to not get a kick out of manual spoiler control? :P

This one seems to be a good price, buckets and ceramics...
