Re: Booking in to MRC
Good news Gareth,
happy with that?
There is clearly a difference in the rolling roads used.

Re: Booking in to MRC
Yeah figured 410. Gonna get some new filters and a remap to see if that makes any difference but as long as everything is running right that's the main thing.
I think a lot of RR difference is in getting the car to the right condition to give the best figures.

Re: Booking in to MRC
432 after map and filters. Doug wants to have a look at the carbon build up as this car is higher mileage than others he has had in so heading back in a couple of weeks for a carbon clean. He mentioned they should be able to have a play with the S-tronic at that point as well. Car feels nice though really smooth and no hesitation.
Great service as always from the MRC guys.

Just under 41,000
Re: Booking in to MRC
Good news gaz, and for me! as your figures compared to Surrey rolling Rd makes mine out to be running ok
I guess you don't have any warranty left on the car?

Re: Booking in to MRC
No buddy. No warranty. It seems the b8 RS4 's make a little better on figures which is why Doug wants to get the manifold off and have a look at the carbon levels but I still prefer it to my old RS4 although it took a while for the RS5 to change my mind.

About £900. It will be interesting to see if there is any.
Re: Booking in to MRC
Dropped the car off this morning at MRC for a full carbon clean gearbox map tweak. Will post the results next weekend after I have picked it up.
