If you think they sound good with the standard exhaust, try one with an aftermarket exhaust. I've had RS4 cabs with both Non-Res and Res Millteks and with roof down is simply of the best V8 noises out there

Now that's a plan! It's always struck me with driving these cars that everybody gets to 'enjoy' the noise more than we do. This is the ideal way to experience it too....
Current 2015 RS5 Cab (Panther, most of the toys - except straigtheners), 2012 Discovery 4 family wagon.
Gone 2014 Golf R (Loaded, total sh!te), 2015 Cayman GTS, PDK and stuff, 2014 RS4, Sepang with most of the toys, SQ5, S4 lots of other cars - nothing of interest to be honest.

Well in the end, this is a completely illogical choice, but I have to get the rs5 cab out of my system. I know all the downsides around weight and torque but I think they’re a blast:

Should be picking up in a week or so.

Thanks gents - I'm looking forward to it! I would love to try and make one of the meets, if hairdresser cars are permitted :-)
