I am in the process of putting an RS6 exhaust onto my 4.2 A6. This is from the cat back.
The external diameter of the pipe from the cat is 50mm and the diameter of the RS6 exhaust is 65mm. Therefore, I need a step up sleeve â€“ 50mm to 65mm. I have tried GSF, Euro car parts, Allarts, Unipart, etc. They have all been unable to supply this size. I have also tried local exhaust dealers to no avail!
Does anyone have any idea where I may be able to obtain this sleeve from?

Go to any custom exhaust place and they will fabricate one for you - really easy to do

I just put an RS6 exhaust in my S6 Avant - I'm in the US & had Stainless Works (http://www.stainlessworks.net make the adapter sleeves. $60 for both.
