Hi rs6 wheels fit fine as the arches on the rs6 and s6 are the same the tyre size for the rs6 is 255/35 19 but if you have a spare with this size tyre it wont fit in your spare wheel well. The rs6 size tyre is 25mm bigger in diameter to fit the spare wheel well you need a 255/30 19 size.

The rs6 wheels are 9x19 et35 I'm using the rs6 optional 18" wheels on my s6 which are 8.5x18 et30 I think the standard s6 wheels are 8x17 et35 so if you fit rs6 wheel they should stick out and in 12mm more than standard wheels.

The rs6 18" wheels look the same as rs4 wheels but rs4 wheels have the wrong offset et20 instead of et30 I found out the hard way.

How did you get on with the wheels?
I have a 1999 4.2 A6 Avant (OK, not an S6 or RS6) which seems to have the same arches as its two big brothers. I am contemplating going from my 18" x 8" ET 35s, to 19" x 9" ET29 with 255/35 tyres.
I have been told, from a good source, that the 19" wheels will be fine for the rear of the car, but not the front??????
But if you are running OK with 19" ET 30s, then my wheels will only be pushed out 1mm more than yours.
Please advise if you have had any probs, or if anyone else has any good info regarding this.
Thanks guys (sorry to have crept in with a lesser vehicle, but she is still a beast!!!!)
Cheers
