Another New S6 Owener!

Hi just picked my beast up yesterday. 2001 (51) Black with black leather S6 AVANT. Drives VERY NICE after having Lexus RX's and X5's this is a joy to drive and have fun with!
One thing I am looking for is where I can get a copy of the S6 handbook from. either paper or electronically.
Also where is best place to get windows tinted, I am in the midlands.

Hi the best place for the owners handbook is your local dealer I got one £14 the handbook is for the s6 only. Theres sometimes a6 avant handbooks on e bay but they but they don't cover the s6 and useually go for about the price of a new one from the dealer or sometimes more!

Excellent I will ring local dealer up tomorrow and get one on order.
Any idea on service intervals for S6's?

Service is dependant on how you drive it if its had a long life service but its useually getting on for 20000 miles. Mines done 12000 since last service and service indicator shows 7000 to go I think theres a 2 year limit regardless of milage. If you press the buttton on your clock while the engine is running it will tell you how many miles till next service. The timing belt is due at 5years or 80000 miles.
