Rear parking sensor replacement

Are they easy to sort out as just noticed one of mine has more of a hole and the tops of some wires (red & black). Take it the actual sensor has fallen off ?? Do the push through to the back of the bumper or pull through to the outside? The other 3 sensors appear to be working as the beeping noise changes the closer you get to impending contact.
