Upgrades?

Hey Everyone,
I've got a 1996 S6 sedan and I am looking to put about $5000 Canadian into upgrades for it. For starters I need rims and tires, and i'm looking to chip the engine, get new exhaust, lowering springs, and possible intake if I have enough money. If anyone knows a good website where i could find these parts or some ideas please get back to me. Thanks.

do you have a 2.2 turbo engine or a v8??
maybe www.urs4.co , in the usa got some tips. here in europe we have so many different tuners.
Don't know if most brands got also a dealer in canada...
