Software update 2

Post by Nickyboy » Wed Oct 10, 2012 4:38 pm

Went in to finally get the door cards sorted and I was informed there was a power steering software update available so they are doing this also.

Just thought I would let you guys know.

What was wrong with your door cards?

And did you finally choose an exhaust system??

My insurance are not interested in me modding the car so I will have to wait until text year.

The leather on the door cards had this rippled/creased look so they replaced them. New ones look much nicer. I'm still dubious as to whether the geometry is right which they said they sorted on the four wheel alignment machine. Need to get an independent assessment.

Whilst waiting I popped into Mercedes and they started up and showed me round a CLS63. My god, the noise. It scared my daughter. I want one!

On the other hand the S6 that Audi showed me roun must have the most disappointing V8 start up noise ever.

Agreed on the Amg. C63 next on my list. It has a sense of occasion very few cars at that price point can match

I love the s4 but the 6.2 v8 is something else
