Any difference between model years?
Is there any difference between S4 models released in 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012? Any differences to the engine or exterior?

Yes. The MY2010 cars got difference shape (smaller/quieter mirrors) plus various inprovements such as the availability of 3G SatNav.
Of course the latest cars are the new facelift models and this also means the option of 3G+ Satnav etc
