what is best phone for sync to car.. help

have a samsung GT-S5230 which sometimes syncs , but generally i get a phone image rather than a sim image. When the phone image is displayed I can make calls from the car but incoming calls ring on the phone itself.
Can anyone sufggest a normal phone that will defo sync ... please ... before I go mad... no apples,blueberry type phones please

I thought bluetooth was bluetooth and it just worked? I've had no issues syncing three phones to my car.....I'd have a chat with the dealer get them to do the work....

Either that or get a "proper" phone - iPhone/Blackberry
