HTC Desire and Audi bluetooth low

Has anyone managed to connect a HTC desire to the audi bluetooth system?
I got my phone on Saturday and so far i have only managed to connect it two times. Shame really as the phone is awesome other than this. But if i can not get it sorted its going back!
