How many miles should i give my car before taking her back to the dealers with the most annoying squeaky brakes in the world? I have done just under 300 now, but 60 were on motorway.
It only happens just before i come to a gentle halt.....
Cheers.

Take a look in the RS4 section, but I think they squeal if you do a lot of town driving/slow/running car in. After a more spirited drive it should stop.

Known issue. Only happens when weather gets colder (for me at least & also other owners). Read

Top man Pete, i will put a few more mile on her, and then bed them in a little

I've put quite a few miles on mine now and it comes back every time the weather gets colder, I don't personally think bedding them in makes any difference as my brakes are well & truly bedded in!
I haven't got round to following this up with the dealer, I'm sure there'll be a TSB for it soon if not already. Got an inspection due soon so will ask then & pass on the info

Guess what...warmed up today a little, not a murmur. Yesterday they were squealing like a pig

same here for me as well, I would go as far as to say the whole car feels a little rubbish at first when it's really cold. But after she warms up it feels like a completely different car.
