Aftermarket Exhausts
Aftermarket Exhausts
Hi,
I am speaking to an exhaust manufacturer and they have a few questions
Would people want a complete new system from the cat back? To enable to return to standard on selling
or a back box solution?
What tips 2 x 90mm, 6x4
What finish on the tips?

Personally whichever system is fully reversible when fitted, and Oval Tips like the RS4.

Correct me if I'm wrong
I thought there isn't any gains in power to be had from a exhaust apart from sound
Re: Aftermarket Exhausts
Youe correct, I personally think the OEM system sounds a little weak, I loved the sound of my V6 MK II TT with
a NON RES Exhaust and am looking to try and replicate that sound

Stock exhaust is far too quiet. It needs an upgrade. I'm after a replacement. Keep me posted.

A bit of a rasp/rumble with no cabin drone.

They do a backbox for the s4 for £700
I know them quite well as I've brought 2 exhausts from them
In the past...maybe if we gather a few forum members we might
Can get a discount

Just a quick question regarding the OEM exhaust, how the hell do you get them home ... fitted an aftermarket one yesterday, and there is no way I am getting the standard one in any car I own, and I don't have a van.. its massive and doesn't break down,...?
Re: Aftermarket Exhausts
I have a little ex council caddy van and it just fitted it that with it sticking out a bit, could chop it up and sleeve it when needed to be re used
