S-Tronic oil change

Hi guys, getting close to landing an S4 Avant and would like to know in advance what the oil change interval is with the S-Tronic box........ It could form part of my negotiations. This will be my first Audi after a string of Mercs.........

40k, about 160 quid
BUT
If it hasnt had one done for a while and you dont have a warranty, id tread carefully, expensive...

Thanks Dan - it has warranty and from your answer is due the change, if not done already. So I need to double check

Similar question I'm about to pick up a late 2010 with only 10k miles, would it be due an oil change or OK to 40k ?
