Intermittent smoking exhaust

Mornign Fella's, Bit of a random one here.

I've noticed over the last few days when driving to work that I get smoke coming out of the exhaust when the car is fully warm. The other day i pulled up at a roundabout and the light from the car behind made the smoke apparent (similar to when a car is warming up). Then again this morning I drove to work, started to reverse into a space and gave it a slight rev, which resulted in puff of smoke. I reversed into the space and revved the engine, but nothing came of it. I once had a cupra r that had its valve stems go on me which produced lots of smoke and heavy oil consumption so I've been vigilant on every car since. Oil on DIS says its still at the max.

Is this a normal thing the car does (similiar to an old ford cougar I once owned) or is there perhaps something more to it?

What colour is the smoke and what state are your exhaust pipes in?

'Smoke' is ehaust fume like, no real colour as such. However if i had to give it a colour I'd say white. Exhaust tips look clean. I checked the oil level via DIS an its still at max. Coolant level was low though, just at the min. I'll need to order some G12 and keep an eye on that. A few people over on pistonheads seems to think its just steam and is normal for the car.

if its using coolant - the charge cooler cores have been known to leak

I've topped up coolant. Going to watch it going forward and see if it drops and by how much. Car is still under warranty for another 9 months so shouldnt have any worries there. I thought worse case scenario it would be the water pump again (even though its been replaced), didnt realise there could be alternative scenario with the charge cooler core, thanks for the heads up.
