Are the cars over the pond the same as UK cars ? Looking at a brake upgrade and seen a set in the US at a good price and before I bite the bullet and order them I just wanted to be sure that there is no difference between the models

There shouldn't be any differences that are relevant to a brake kit. However, I'd recommend against buying brakes from an international supplier due to the weight, and if you're not careful you can be landed with a hefty customs bill.
I managed to save a packet on my RS5 setup by ordering from a company in Europe where freight costs are similar to that in the UK and you don't get stung with customs fees. Check it out:

Thanks for the link, is this a direct bolt on or are brackets needed to fit the S4?

The RS5 setup is a direct bolt on for our S4s.

Managed to get round to fitting the RS5 kit which has been in my garage for a year. Ran into a couple of issues...firstly, the brake hoses turned out to be short. Had to order the RS5 brakes.
Then, my 19" alloy did not clear the alloys. Got 5mm spacers and now Im trying to find longer wheel bolts inc. the locking bolt.
In my books this is not a straight bolt on...arrgggh! Any suggestions where I can get the wheel bolts from?
