Is there a way of getting the key out of the ignition, it seems to want to keep hold of it half the time.

I then end up pushing it in and out again before it will give it me back!!

Stop car, engage parking brake, put in P, push key in and hold it in a little bit, then remove, just sometimes it doesn't come out. I have to push in again, needles sweep, then push in again and try again. I usually do this all with my foot on the brake pedal.

Sounds like to me mate your not driving her hard enough, after I have been out in mine she spits the key out!

All joking aside, does it do the same with the other key?

Try doing it with your foot off the brake

I use to have this problem & it was very frustrating.

I'm sure it was because I kept my foot on the pedal.

Yeah I thought it might be the brake pedal, will give it a try!

This was annoying me as well. Tried releasing the brake this evening and it seems to work. Thanks!!
