Doing a bit of research into what to do to my recently purchased B8 S4 Stronic. MRC seems to keep popping up but I'm based in Glasgow so its a bit of a trek and I'm not too sure of difference between Revo remap and MRC stage 1 remap and I don't know if the MRC stage 2 would require the gearbox being remapped too and if its worth the extra £.

Has anyone had a Revo remap and/or dealt with Konzept Auto (Glasgow Revo dealer)?

Cannot answer your direct question, but I'm just along the road from you in West Lothian and done a fair bit of my own research with the same questions. I settled on a trip to MRC, purely based on their continual good feedback via this and other forums from folks who have had work done. It would have been easier to chose a local APR dealer (one in glasgow and edinburgh)

I head down to see the chaps on Monday, Work done Tuesday, back home Wednesday. Nice wee road trip in the sunshine and a couple of days drinking in Oxford with the mrs.

Stg 2 with non res black oval milltek.

I had APR on mine software and pulley. Then went for MRC remap with he APR pulley... MRC every time is my recommendation.

Standard DSG software on mine.
