23rd July. Hopefully drop the car off the day before and spend a couple of days in the area. Chaps at MRC suggested staying in Oxford. Will have the mrs with me so better get a decent hotel.

When you in?

15th for three days. I've gone with Premier Inn a few miles away. But then the only missus I have to please is the car :D

You save a bit by booking early online too. Glad to hear Banbury has something to do, how far away is it on foot or is the Premier Inn in the town?

The premier inn is walking distance from Mrc but not from town. Ask doug for his old diesel a4 to nip around in. The mercure is all right there's a good Thai restaurant across the road if I remember correctly, I haven't been down in a while

You won't regret getting this done. I have enjoyed every moment in my car since I had this. Then I had to carry on with further upgrades, each one, I think making my S4 even better.
S4 B8 MRC stage 2 map, MRC custom supercharger pulley & high grip belt, MRC high flow air filter & silicone intake pipe, MRC cooling upgrade, Bilstein PSS9's, RS5 Brake upgrade, H&R ARB's, MRC gearbox re map, Supersprint cat back exhaust, Michelin Pilot Supersport tyres. 500.7ps 596nm. Now sold sadly.

Looking forward to it. Added the milltek race with black ovals to the joblist as well. Also booked a nice hotel in Oxford city centre for a couple of nights seeing as the mrs is tagging along.

Can't say I enjoy the miltek on the B8. Have you looked at any other exhausts? I know RINGA on here has a nice exhaust, I think it was APR.

Yip looked at loads and listened to many, albeit on YouTube. APR is nice but expensive. I always came back to non res milltek. It will be loud but that's what I want. Beefy and purposeful. Would have picked non res awe but again costly. With the change from the milly I can get some hookers in Oxford when the wife's shopping.

Fair enough. I look forward to before and after sound clips and dyno posts. You're going to have one sorted S4.
